David Wu is a retired corporate executive from the high technology sector, he is a proven entrepreneur who built thriving joint ventures with China's largest software company, and served the past ten years, as a passionate executive advisor who leveraging his strong international network of connections and assisting startups and investors to explore new streams of revenue through M&A, joint ventures, and worldwide strategic partnerships.

David, most lastly, was the Chief Advisor to the President of Neusoft Corporation and Vice General Manager of Automotive Division at Neusoft. Neusoft is the largest software company in China, where David led the worldwide new business development teams in the full range of smart car technology including Car Infotainment, Vehicle Telematics, Connected Car and Autonomous Driving. In addition, David was formerly the Vice Chairman and General Manager at Neu-Kingstone, a Sino-foreign cooperative joint ventures with Neusoft which provided innovative customer care solutions in China.

Prior to joining Neusoft, David has 16 years of experience in information and communications industries, primarily with Avaya, Lucent Technologies, AT&T and Bell Laboratories. He architected an innovative Video Multimedia Call Center that became one of the earliest Avaya strategic solution products. He led Avaya efforts to partner with IBM and successfully deployed an award-winning Avaya CRM Internet Solutions with many high profile customers in the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

David has an established reputation as a visionary business strategist with extensive global experience working with the senior executives, he fulfilled a long standing entrepreneurial ambition by founding a business advisory and executive coaching firm, Naokila Research, and has been providing counsel and execution assistance to corporate clients in diverse geographies including Japan, USA and China.

David received a BS in Mathematics from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. He also received a MS in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park. He holds a U.S. Patent #6,574,387, “All-optical switching system and method thereof” (2003). His passions include skiing and hiking in the beautiful Colorado Mountains.

在加盟東軟前，吳偉和歷任美國貝爾實驗室寬帶多媒體客服呼叫中心研發計劃主持人，擁有超過16年尖端資通訊產業（ICT）產品研發及全球推廣經驗，於1985年加入AT&T成為美國貝爾實驗室研究員，1996年隨著貝爾實驗室進入朗訊科技，在1996至2001年期間，身為Avaya全球寬帶多媒體客服呼叫中心研發計劃主持人，負責從實驗室角度結合IBM研發成功打照出一整套屢獲殊榮的Avaya CRM Internet Solutions企業解決方案，成為最早的Avaya企業解決方案的戰略產品之一，隨即配合許多Avaya高知名度的客戶親身展開了全球推廣工作，成功的將此企業解決方案拓展到包括美國，加拿大，歐洲，拉丁美洲，澳大利亞，及亞洲等許多國家。
